Where can I receive my order?
We can send your items to any physical address by express. We recommend you use a business address if you are unlikely to be home during working hours.
As our website is mainly for wholesale business, we would suggest you to ship by air or by sea so the shipping cost would be most cost-effective.
Please note we are unable to deliver to a Post Office Box or Private Bag.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time usually takes 5 to 7 working days by express, although allow an extra working day or two for rural deliveries. Deliveries are made by our courier Monday through Weekday.
If the items you have purchased are in stock we will always endeavor to send them to you as soon as we possibly can, which is usually the same day for order received before 11am, or as soon as our warehouse reopens if you order during the weekend or overnight. However most of our items are made to order, so the production time could take 3 to 30 days according to specific quantity.
If the items would be shipped by sea then it might take 7 to 40 days as for different locations. Please contact us for details with delivery address and method you would like.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Please provide us with zip code and delivery country to check courier cost. As for shipping by air or by sea, please advise airport or seaport name. If you prefer to door cost, please advise detailed delivery address.
Can I track my order?
If your order is dispatched by courier, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been dispatched and advising your tracking number for you to track. If by air or by sea, please contact us info@globallgo.com or the sales you work with for shipping status.
